Toilet repair 6/14/2016

The toilet in my master bath quit working. Since I had purchased one for my guest bath and had it installed by ars just a few months ago and service was excellent, i purchased another one with install by ars. Joe C came this morning to install. After checking, he told me the new one would leave gaps on my tile. So he offered to repair mine. He went to purchase part needed and ALSO returned the new toilet for me. He was so helpful and courteous, it was a delight to have him assist me. I saved a bit of money and the service was superb. If needed, I will definitely both use and recommend your service. more

Great Experience 12/30/2015

Had a new HVAC system installed. Jeffery and Josh were very polite and respectful. They showed me how to use the new thermostat and cleaned up everything when they were finished. I would recommend ARS to friends and family in the future. more

Installation 12/2/2015

Cooper was a member of two teams that installed an air conditioning system and a heating system in my home today. Cooper was courteous and professional. He worked diligently and efficiently. The installation was completed in one day. All trash and the parts from the old systems were removed from my home. My husband and I were pleased with his work. more

Installation Review 11/22/2015

Our installation team, as well as our technician/sales person, were all really great! They were courteous, and accommodating. They did a super job of protecting our floors and being careful in our home. Our HVAC system is really attractive and they were very neat!! I highly recommend them!! They were very patient while teaching us how to use the new system. I was especially pleased that our tech and the installation manager both stopped by to make sure the work was proceeding as planned and that we were happy. Great job Kyle, Josh W. and especially Cooper!! more

ARS to the Rescue! 7/30/2015

I had to have my HVAC unit replaced and a new unit installed. Keith and Michael were awesome! Both gentleman were friendly and courteous professionals. They worked very quickly in removing my old unit and getting my new one up and running. I live in TN and in the middle of July when heat and humidity combined are so unbearable, I don't think I could have worked nearly as hard as these guys did - my home felt like a roaster that day! But neither Keith nor Michael complained - they showed up and got the job done! I'm one happy customer!! more

Billie Hallmark, HVAC Tech w/ ARS, is a very well-mannered, thorough professional. He took his time in checking several components within the system, and he listens to his customer. Very personable. I'd recommend him for your HVAC needs. I'd certainly hire him as an employee if I were an HVAC company. Great service. Doesn't mind answering customer questions or explaining things.
