My Service Technician, Billy Hallmark, was very courteous and very informative while providing good service. He advised me as to what he was going to do, he would do it then he would tell me what he found. Answered all my questions with answers that showed he knew what he was talking about. Left me a copy of his report and was off. more

RUN FROM THIS PLACE AND NEVER LOOK BACK! Their technician threatened me. They performed and charged me for unnecessary work - if you want to call it that. NO ONE WILL CALL YOU BACK. You have to call their corporate customer service number and file a complaint in order to get a return phone call. If this place has a business license, a room full of 2 year olds can get one. My encounter with this place has been one of the most stressful times of my entire life. SO MANY things went horribly wrong, that I can not even begin to explain it all in writing. They made an attempt - and I use that word lightly - to rectify things, and THEN DIDN'T EVEN FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THAT! Just check the reviews on ALL of the other sites. YP, Yahoo, etc., as well as the Better Business Bureau. The MAJORITY of their reviews are HORRIBLE! Notice how the - so called - good reviews are only 1 or 2 sentences. Makes you wonder who actually wrote them. They are con artists and the most unprofessional - to say the least - group I have ever had the MISFORTUNE of dealing with. I would suggest calling LEE COMPANY for ANYTHING you may need. ARS is NOTHING but a really bad JOKE! Attempting to do business with them, may even just go as far as landing you in small claims court.
