Recently we had a problem with a circulating pump on a new hot water heater installed by Rescue Rooter. The pump came off the old heater and was 20 years old. First Mike showed up and was very unhappy with the installation and the work done previously. Then Oscar arrived and together they decided what needed to be done beyond replacing the pump. It took Oscar several hours to essentially reinstall the tank and redo the plumbing and exhaust. In my opinion it is probably more difficult redoing some one else's work than starting from scratch. Oscar however, did just that and he did an outstanding job. He is very professional, efficient and skilled. I was completely satisfied with his work and want to thank him and Mike.
