Take his time to explain the service he performed on my heater. Super nice.

I'm very disappointed with the quality of professionalism. They wouldn't keep their word and the rude salesperson used very sleazy sales tactics.

Plumbing Work 11/20/2015

Gus made sure that all parts were correct before proceeding with the job. He recommended alternatives to deal with unexpected issues and knew where to get needed additional parts. He finished the job in a rapid and professional manner. The customer is pleased with the outcome of the job. more

Professionalism 11/17/2015

Mr. Philpott greeted me with courtesy and exemplified a demeanor of genuine concern for protecting my home as he entered it from the raining weather by placing on foot covers. He was very professional, exhibited expertise, and competence of the heating system. He knowledgeably provided me with answers, a very thorough write up, as well as pictures, pertaining to my concerns. Without hesitancy he willingly acknowledged my questions and concerns. I would like to thank Mr. Philpott for his expertise, excellent customer service, and a demeanor of professionalism. Mr. Philpott is truly an asset to your organization. more

Water heater installation - Mary Malone Corpening 11/12/2015

I was extremely pleased with Mr. Bucio. I called on a Monday and he was at my home within two hours. After his assessment of the problem, he went over all my options in great detail. The water heater was installed the next morning, as he told me. The work was completed in the time frame Bucio stated. Bucio and Phillip were professional and considerate; no mess was made. I will only call ARS for my plumbing needs! more

Surprisingly Comfortable 11/11/2015

I was completely surprised by the service provided by Dave Chapman. He was extremely friendly and did not even mind my dogs following him around. He was very informative. He did not hesitate to climb in my attic to inspect the space and my insulation. When it came to discussing the options, he was able to clearly explain where the numbers were coming from, what they meant, and why it mattered. He is definitely a great sales person. more

Professional Service Provided 11/4/2015

Mr. Chapman was prompt and courteous the entire time while performing the pre winter check up on my AC/Heater system. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to check and ask if I was having any system performance concerns. When completed he explained the performance check up results and how it was related to my previous concerns. Dave also offered and showed me how easy it was to pre-set the daily/weekly thermostat temperatures, which will save me trips up and down the stairs adjusting the thermostat and money on my electric bill. I really appreciate Dave's genuine concern to want to go the extra mile to explain things, listen and help the customer in more ways than just accomplishing his main objective while he was here! ARS should be proud to call Dave Chapman a true "Service Pro" Thanks again for the great service! more

Water Leak Repair 10/27/2015

Josue repaired a water supply leak in my front yard and did an excellent job. There were some complications due to the muddy condition of the site, but he took care of making sure that everything was in good working order before he left. I was very pleased with his work. more
