Take his time to explain the service he performed on my heater. Super nice.

Worst

I'm very disappointed with the quality of professionalism. They wouldn't keep their word and the rude salesperson used very sleazy sales tactics.

ARS sent Kevin Veasley out to do a courtesy attic check, and I must say the gentlemen was very nice and knowledgeable. Because of my experience with him I will look to ARS for future services. more

Hector is an excellent plumber! He reviewed the issues in my house. He honestly let me know if my drains required professional attention. He was fair with me. He did not overcharge/cheat me. I am very appreciative of his knowledge and kindness!! more

Good Installation 10/18/2015

Arthur B. came to install toilet to my house. Unlike the other plumber who came to my home, he was very gentle and completed the work without leaving any dirt. I was impressed by his professional skills and politeness to us. I really appreciate that he was assigned. I would like him to come again if I have the other plumbing issues. more

Quick and excellent service 10/15/2015

I called for a sink backup that had plagued us for a few days and to my delight, they said they could come out that same day. When Tony arrived he was friendly and knowledgeable. He was upfront about what he may and may not be able to do and made sure I had an understanding of certain options before preceding. There was little to no pressure, and he made me feel both that he understood my problem and the subject at hand, as well as making sure I understood what was happening. The problem was fixed in a reasonable amount of time, that very day. I highly recommend. The price point was slightly higher than what I was expecting, but I cannot argue with the service or the results, so I will take it. more

Fast and Honest 10/15/2015

Called ARS at 7 am about ac not working, they were at my house at 8:15am. Went over my entire system made recommendation on what to do, and laid out three options. Two options were out of my price range and from there they worked with me on the third. They never once tried to much the more expensive options on me or scare me into thinking I needed them more. Dave Chapman was honest and got the job done. Had everything in attic 100% replaced and ha ac that evening. more

Good Service 10/12/2015

I called at 3 pm for a clogged shower drain I knew was hair accumulation which could not be reached with my 'As Seen on TV' tool. I did not expect they would be able to schedule short of the next day at the soonest but Arthur B arrived by 6:45 that same day. Arthur B was courteous & did his job timely. Thank you! more

After hours AC leak 10/12/2015

Jody was great. He was polite, and he made sure that he really understood the problem causing the leak before trying to replace things. He even tested his theory first to make sure. Once he knew for sure what the problem was, he had it fixed in no time. Thanks Jody more

Heating unit check up 10/8/2015

Jody was very pleasant and professional. The only problem I had is that on the report it was stated that my filter was DIRTY....Really? I just changed it 2 days ago and it is NOT dirty. I checked. I did not hear him open the return air grill. Is there another filter somewhere that I am not aware of? Thanks more

Companies are only as good as the people working for them. Jose L Salgado provided stellar customer service on October 7. He displayed a wealth of knowledge while answering all my questions. Fixed progressing problem 10/1/2015

Tony found my clean out which I coundn't find after 4 hours myself and hiring other perple to dig up my yard. Tony found it after a little bit, and then we got to the recurring problem of cleaning out the line that went to the washer. However, after 26 years of multiple loads a day, it turned into an additional problem with my washer p-trap. Tony got that cleaned out very quickly, and I think this will keep us going for a good while to come. more

We had a tough drain clog. One person had already tried fixing it, but ARS sent Tony R & Paul H out and they carefully, patiently worked the clog out all the way ! Everything works great now, they had great advice & it comes w/ a warranty ! Thank you so much ! more

Water heater installation 9/30/2015

Robert M. was the best service person I have used for a home repair in a long, long time. Robert was patient with me as I asked several questions and explained his answers clearly.
