Review content:
Armando Salgado was sent by ARS to check a leak in my "NEW" air conditioning system that ARS installed this last July 3013.
The reason Armando was sent was because Luis Flores; an other, great tech, was at my home on Monday to check the furnance. He checked the outside A/C unit as part of his system check up, and found an oil leak in a line outside.
Luis reported that leak and Armando came out this morning.
Armando repaired the leak. BUT, listening to the fan motor on the outside A/C unit found that the bearings were bad. ALSO, he found that the breaker box needed to be replaced.
So he replaced the fan and installed a new break box for the A/C unit.
All this on a call to fix a leak. He could have just reported the fan motor and the breaker box to his supervisor and left.
But he stayed and completed the job to make sure it was done correctly.
Thank you Armando.
