Roberto came out to my home for an annual air/heat service visit. He was very professional and efficient. Made and explained his recommendation. Easy breezy.
I do have to say, however, that this was the 4th attempt with ARS to get someone to my home within the appointment's scheduled time. That was kind of a bummer.
