Poor service, won't return a call 2/11/2012

We got AHI to manage our condo. From the beginning they wouild not ever return calls. We got in a real jam when the tenant quit paying. We told AHI to evict them. We understand from AHI's attorney that he got the order two months later. It took 3 months to get them out which was 5 months after we told them to evict. At a rental of #1,100 per month we were out $2,200 because of their incompetence more

Don't think about doing business with AHI 2/11/2012

AHI managed our house for two years. We got a problem tenant who did damage to the house. We weren't told that by AHI but by a neighbor. We told AHI there was a problem and they said that they would look into it. Five weeks later hadn't heard from them. They refused to return four phone calls. Meanwhile the tenant moved out. There was massive damage inside the house. Left a message with AHI but no response. They did send us the securityy deposit and we asked them if they could handle the repairs. Never any reply. more
