AHI managed our house for two years. We got a problem tenant who did damage to the house. We weren't told that by AHI but by a neighbor. We told AHI there was a problem and they said that they would look into it. Five weeks later hadn't heard from them. They refused to return four phone calls. Meanwhile the tenant moved out. There was massive damage inside the house. Left a message with AHI but no response. They did send us the securityy deposit and we asked them if they could handle the repairs. Never any reply.
