AHI Properties has done stellar work on my behalf. This is my third property management company and I can barely begin to explain how good they have been to me. My occupancy rate has always been almost 100% and collection rate is around 90%. They handle the tough calls and even the ones on nights and weekends in a way that surpasses anything my previous companies have done. Their professionalism has been exceptional. They have been willing to rent properties I have in less desirable neighborhoods with no complaints and have collected from the more difficult tenants I've been previously told to just let go. They also have a superior software program which allows me to see every transaction made on my account. Having that transparency has been fantastic. With kindest regards I wish everyone at this company well. more

We couldn't be happier with our experience with AHI Properties! They were always available to help us through the negotiating process. We were ready to give up on a perfect apartment but our agent convinced us to make one more offer and we got it! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for agents who truly care more

Excellence in response to my request and with following through. Since I am the owner who lives out of town, I asked them to drive by my property and take pictures of the exterior and email them to me so that I can see for myself the current condition of my property. They did that exactly as I asked, and said they will be happy to do it again in a few months. Thank You. more
