AHI Properties has done stellar work on my behalf. This is my third property management company and I can barely begin to explain how good they have been to me. My occupancy rate has always been almost 100% and collection rate is around 90%. They handle the tough calls and even the ones on nights and weekends in a way that surpasses anything my previous companies have done. Their professionalism has been exceptional. They have been willing to rent properties I have in less desirable neighborhoods with no complaints and have collected from the more difficult tenants I've been previously told to just let go. They also have a superior software program which allows me to see every transaction made on my account. Having that transparency has been fantastic. With kindest regards I wish everyone at this company well.
