We received same day service for our broken garage door spring. The repairman was on time, explained what he needed to do, and completed the repair in a timely manner. We were also able to use an online coupon which saved us some money. Very satisfied! more

GREAT EXPERIENCE 5/21/2012

I had a wonderful experience with AE Door & Window. We discovered that on Thursday night our garage door spring was broken with my husband's truck inside, could not manual lift garage door. On Friday morning I called AE Door & Window by reading reviews online and spoke to rep (whom was very helpful and knew exactly what she was doing) she set us up for an appt the same day. I asked if repairman could call 1/2 before she said sure. I have to say this is the best experience i have had in quite a while where everything went as planned and on schedule. The repairman called my husband at 11:23 to be exact and said I will be there at noon, which by the way our scheduled time frame was 12-2 so he was right on time. The repairman arrived my husband met him at our house and was very pleased, he said that guy knew his stuff, was very good and nice. I will recommend AE Door to all my friends and family! SERVICE WITH A SMILE FROM BEGINNING TO END!!!!! THANKS AE DOOR more

Outdoor and Indoor Doors 5/4/2012

We have hired A-E Door & Window many times. This time they installed new garage doors. The salesperson was thorough and helpful. The repairman was friendly and did an excellent job. My house looks so much better with my new garage doors! I'm planning on installing all new indoor doors soon and will definitely use A-E. more

Excellent Repair Service 4/23/2012

Repairman arrived on time as scheduled. The installer was courteous and replaced the springs on my garage door that is about 17 years old. The price was reasonable and saved me from buying a new door. Thank you AE Doors. more

Great Service 4/11/2012

I called several places for a new garage door opener and after checking the prices, and what they had to offer, I easily chose A-E Door & Window. I not only got the new opener, but the keyless entry pad, automatic light for less than the competitor's just new door opener. The installation was within 2 days, the installer was courteous, prompt and explained how to use everything very thoroughly. I would recommend A-E Doors to everyone! Good job! more

Prompt professional service 4/10/2012

Our garage door spring broke around 6pm. I called the phone number and by 9pm same day our garage door was working more smoothly. The service person was very courteous and allowed me to watch what he was doing. I would recommend AE Door and Window Sales to everyone. more

Fast Service 3/25/2012

At 3PM, the torsion bar on my garage door broke. I called A&E Door because I had used them before. By 9:15 the next morning it was fixed. I was somewhat disappointed with the pricing because it was a fixed price, no itemized bill.. more

our garage doors were falling apart and the openers were not functioning properly. Less than a week later, A&E had inspected and proposed new doors, installed them, and left the garage cleaned out(I did that) and everything that had been a problem with the garage had changed for the far better. We couldn't be happier. more

We were very happy with them. The technician was very thorough. They were on time and they performed everything very well. They had replaced both springs on the garage door. They did it in a timely fashion and were reasonably priced. more

Great place to buy doors 1/17/2012

Salesman Mike was friendly and helpful, he let me tell him what I was looking for, then found a way to get me just what I needed, and at a great price too! He even threw in an extra or two that made me feel even better about the deal. When I had a misunderstanding about the order, he handled it professionally and settled all my issues promptly. It's nice to know that there still are some local businesses who care about their customers! more

I am a repeat customer or A-E Door and Window. I live in Middletown, OH. Recently I had an emergency with my garage door. The cable system unraveled itself, which caused the door to come of its track. I called the folks at AE and a technician was on site within 2 hours of placing the service call. The technician quickly resolved the problem. The price to remedy the issue was also very reasonable. more

Quality installation of my new Garage Door Opener! 12/6/2011

I was very happy with the excellent job ""Chuck"" did on my opener. They offered several choices in openers and I chose the Liftmaster. In spite of the non moveable items in the garage, Chuck completed the job quickly and expertly. He explained all the features of the opener and even provided a mail-in rebate coupon for me to use! more
