I had a wonderful experience with AE Door & Window. We discovered that on Thursday night our garage door spring was broken with my husband's truck inside, could not manual lift garage door. On Friday morning I called AE Door & Window by reading reviews online and spoke to rep (whom was very helpful and knew exactly what she was doing) she set us up for an appt the same day. I asked if repairman could call 1/2 before she said sure. I have to say this is the best experience i have had in quite a while where everything went as planned and on schedule. The repairman called my husband at 11:23 to be exact and said I will be there at noon, which by the way our scheduled time frame was 12-2 so he was right on time. The repairman arrived my husband met him at our house and was very pleased, he said that guy knew his stuff, was very good and nice. I will recommend AE Door to all my friends and family! SERVICE WITH A SMILE FROM BEGINNING TO END!!!!! THANKS AE DOOR
