AE Door and Window Truly a Professional Business 11/25/2011

My family recently had a garage door installed for my mother-in-law and used AE Door to help us. We were so pleased with the professionalism, expertise, and kindness of our salesman,Keith Miller. He did all he could to compete with area businesses, match their fees, and then did an excellent job of helping with installation. The door looks great, and we are all happy! more

New Garage Door! 11/11/2011

AE Door was competitively priced and very responsive to my requests. I had a tight window available for them to install the door and they worked with me to make it happen. The Installer did a great job - clean & professional. There was one minor problem with the door seal but they had no problem coming back and fixing it perfectly. more

Excellent Service~Excellent Garage Door 11/3/2011

My husband and I recently went through the process of searching out garage doors. In the mix of options out there, we were so pleased with AE Door. With the quick service, from the first call, appointment, order and installation, we cannot say enough about how pleased we are with our new door and power motor from AE Door & Windows. The technician made up for the phone call... 11/2/2011

We had a broken hinge on our garage door. We had a technician come out the same day we called. He was excellent! Replaced the hinge and did some other small repair things too! He was polite and professional the whole time. Even had some treats for my dog! The woman who answered the phone, however, was not as impressive. Upon answering she asked how she could direct my call, I tried to explain the problem with my door and she very curtly said ""Oh. You need service"" and put me straight on hold. When the service person answered, his first response was that I needed a new door immediately. All I wanted was someone to come out and take a look at it! I hung up and had my husband call. He got better results and the technician came right out. The technician who came to my house totally made up for the phone call. When we do decide to purchase a new door, we will definitely call AE! more

Highly Recommended 10/19/2011

Excellent and professional service from the salesperson to the installer. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the products and options available. He did not use hard-sell tactics and was very helpful in working within my budget to find a great solution. The installer was prompt and courteous. He cleaned everything up when he was done. Except for the new garage door, you couldn't even tell he had been there! I would highly recommend A&E Door & Window Co in Cincinnati. more

I needed a replacement part for our garage door. I called and they scheduled a technician to come out the very next day. When I came home from work the work was done and the garage door looked and worked great! It is nice working with a professional company. more

A-E Residential Garage Opener Instal 10/12/2011

Clean,Curtious, and fast installing our garage door opener. Installer was very through showing all the features and benfits of the new opener. THE INSTALLER WAS ON TIME AND FAST! The replacement is very cool and much quieter than our old chain drive. Thanks for the new opener and highly recomended. more

Excellent Customer Service and Products! 10/2/2011

Our experience with AE Door and Window couldn't have been any better. A Sales Representative came to the house and spent an hour answering our questions. Someone came out and installed the door the next day in less than 3 hours! Everyone was friendly and helpful during the process. Our neighbors noticed the new door and we recommended AE Door and Window. Excellent customer service! Excellent Product! Will always use them in the future. more

Fantastic Products & Fantastic Service 10/1/2011

My husband and I recently purchased and had installed a new garage door with LiftMaster Plus opener and a new back entry door from AE Door and Window. I was so impressed by the customer service that was provided and the product is beautiful, we have received so many compliments! When I called to show interest I was so excited to have someone come to my house and bring a full catalog for viewing; it was nice to not have to take the kids out to a store, where they were sure to be bored! Tim was so nice and chatted with my children as I browsed the book, he was also helpful in making suggestions for what would work best for my family. more

We were very pleased with our purchase of a new garage door opener from A-E Door. Our sales person, Tim Graham, was knowledgeable and suggested the right product for our needs. Our installer, Shawn, was excellent. When he arrived he told us how long the install would take and his estimate was correct. Before leaving he walked us through the operation and the features of the opener. His explanation was very easy to understand and he encouraged us to contact A-E Door Sales if we had additional questions. The entire experience was beyond our expectations. New Garage door opener 9/7/2011

The sales rep gave me the price over the phone for a new garage door opener with installation. The price was for a high end garage door opener. I had recieved a quote from another company that was for a basic chain drive opener for only 30 dollars less. The opener I got has the motion sensor light, battery back up and life time warranty on belt and motor. The installer showed up on time and completed the installation promptly. The installer was very personable and professional. I would recommend AE Door & Window Company to anyone looking to get a garage door opener. more
