This is good savings! The prices are reasonable -- and ADT service is excellent. I dont know why other subscribers are having problems with this company. But as far as I know, they have done well in terms of protecting my property. more

I am very grateful to ADT for finding the crook in our house before it was too late. Since we both are working, it was difficult for us to leave our daughter Cindy, alone at home. We found a babysitter, Emily for her. more

I love to travel and nobody's left at home when I do so. I let ADT install security cameras at home and I love it how I can check my house with the use of my laptop. Great technology! Money's not important anymore when it comes to being secured. I don't how much I pay every month as long as I am secured. more

I have been a customer of ADT Security system for a year now and think they are great. They are one of the best companies that is offering security services and I think that we have got a really good deal, and the services are also very commendable. I did a lot of research before I choose this monitoring device and I am glad I recommend this company! more

ADT Sucks. 11/1/2010

ADT Sucks. They have one thing down, collecting the monthly payment and making you sign a contract. Customer service is 1% out of 100%. The service department does not return calls. They promise things and do not follow through. If I did not care about my credit, I would stop paying them PERIOD and go to a competitor. Please think twice before you put yourself in this problem. They have a number of NO CONTRACT companies around that you can go with and when/if they suck you can just leave them. I have my 2 year mark on ADT for the cancellation date and they will never touch any of my 10 houses. more

Loyal Customer for 20 Years 10/29/2010

I have been a loyal ADT customer for almost 20 years. And I have been very pleased with their service. We have even had some laughs over a couple of our false alarms, like when my dog chewed on my remote key FOB and set off the duress alarm. more
