ADT Sucks. They have one thing down, collecting the monthly payment and making you sign a contract. Customer service is 1% out of 100%. The service department does not return calls. They promise things and do not follow through. If I did not care about my credit, I would stop paying them PERIOD and go to a competitor. Please think twice before you put yourself in this problem. They have a number of NO CONTRACT companies around that you can go with and when/if they suck you can just leave them. I have my 2 year mark on ADT for the cancellation date and they will never touch any of my 10 houses.
