Without a doubt, ADT is by far one of the worst companies to do business with. I would say they are as close to being thieves as you can get. If you had Verizon in Washington State, before they sold to Frontier and you are still being billed by ADT you need to know that they are not monitoring you home. Then try to stop them from billing you for services NOT rendered. more

ADT is the worst company ever. I would give ADT a negative star if it was an option. I tried to cancel my monitoring after my two year contract had expired and they refused to cancel it. It wasn't just poor customer service it was hostile to the point I thought of turning them in the Attorney General for illegal practices. After threatening a lawsuit they finally left me alone and canceled my account. I have used the system with just the on site alarm for years and had no issues. Now I am adding a bedroom in my basement so I want to add one contact to my system at the window. They will not add to any system unless you sign a new monitoring contract. I personally will NEVER use ADT again. I would suggest you use ANY other home security company. more

ADT SUCKS REALLY BAD. THEY INSTALLED AN ALARM THAT COSTS WAY TO MUCH AND COSTS EVEN MORE TO ADD FEATURES. more

My retail store got robbed, and the ADT panic button didn't work. I cancelled my service and they billed me for a cancellation fee. All they care about is that they get your money. No customer service, no follow up. more
