I really appreciated the level of customer service I got when I requested a quote from ADT for the small business I work for. They came right out to do an estimate, were very thorough, and came back promptly the next day with a ladder to look at our control panel, which was placed above our ceiling tiles. He also quickly gave us a quote, and followed up a few days later. I was impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. The representative's name is James Genereaux. However, we did not end up going with this company because it was pretty pricey. I was quoted, for a 10k sq ft building, 780$ set-up and the same fee annually for a burglar alarm. The fire alarm monitoring was even more expensive. It was $1300 set-up, plus $2000 per year for monitoring. This was really excessive, since we already had all of the equipment in place from another alarm company. The quotes did not include any additional labor time, which would be charged by the hour. The company we ended up choosing included the fire monitoring for free, and all labor was included. more

Just call ADT and they will give you the best offer. I called and they installed an ADT home alarm last week and encountered no problems so far. more

For my home I chose ADT Security that monitors burglary, fire safety, and in critical conditions. It?s a little bit off the budget (the installation) but I know that It would be for a good cause. more

ADT has been great to my family for over 7 years. We had one break-in within that time and ADT literally saved our lives. If you look at the type of equipment compared to all the other alarm companies its apple and oranges. ADT's service techs are 24hrs which really helps when I need someone on a Sunday, I would never get that from another alarm company. more

Appalling service from ADT Security System . Lousy response to call-outs. Constantly having engineers out for find non-existant faults. Four hour wait for engineer to arrive. System keeps glitching. I will be doing everything to get rid of them from my premises and will never use them again. more

I wish I can give them a lower rating, please stay away ,terrible company . I call to get the system installed they charge me over $1000 for equipment,I paid half of that,The next day I checked another company that for the same equipment they will charge me only $240 I called and cancel with adt before 48 hours of signing the contract and I have been waiting for the past 2 weeks to get my money back. The sales rep, No were to be found, will no pick up the phone, Have called several times adt and they just keep saying it will take 2 days to process, well it has been already 2 weeks!!! They will rip you off,! WORST PEOPLE AND COMPANY I HAVE DEAL WITH IN MY LIVE!! more
