I wish I can give them a lower rating, please stay away ,terrible company .
I call to get the system installed they charge me over $1000 for equipment,I paid half of that,The next day I checked another company that for the same equipment they will charge me only $240
I called and cancel with adt before 48 hours of signing the contract and I have been waiting for the past 2 weeks to get my money back.
The sales rep, No were to be found, will no pick up the phone, Have called several times adt and they just keep saying it will take 2 days to process, well it has been already 2 weeks!!!
They will rip you off,! WORST PEOPLE AND COMPANY I HAVE DEAL WITH IN MY LIVE!!
