ADT is such a well recognized name in home security that a survey of convicted burglars found that well over 90% of them routinely passed over properties that were posted with ADT...

Worst

ADT is the worst security I have ever known. Expensive and faulty. Such a horrible company.

I found the customer service of ADT helpful and courteous. I never had a problem with their service. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. The alarm system is perfect for us and it definitely is a must have. more

best combination, best price 8/20/2011

I live in Minnesota but my mother (she’s 87) lives in Florida. She’s had a lot of medical problems but is still pretty much independent and refuses to go into an assisted living home. Still I didn’t feel comfortable with her all alone there and I looked into services that could fix the problem and ADT seemed to offer the best combination for the best price. I don’t have to worry about an intruder getting in and she can call for an ambulance from her emergency pendant no matter where she is in the house! I am so glad we found ADT! more

window sensors-i like 12/16/2010

With the ADT Family Package that I got, it comes with a lot of devices. The one that I like the most is are the window sensors. ADT Home Security definitely is a great company that helps people save for security systems. more

I am glad I followed my instinct in installing security cameras inside my home. I am very much happy with what I am receiving and I had my security cameras installed last July. I don't have any bad comments on ADT because what I am experiencing is great so far. more

We chose ADT monitored alarm system and even before it was fitted there were issues. On the day of fitting not all the items were in the box, the fitting took several hours longer than advised. When the alarm did go off ADT were of no help at all. They have a fragmented approach to customer service. more

Great Experience 10/20/2010

My experience of ADT home security system was very pleasant. I've read some reviews about their bad experiences with ADT but in my case I am having a great experience. I don't know why and how bad things would happen tho. more
