good dealer 3/10/2013

Called the ADT dealer and had my appointment set right away. I look forward to having the system put into my home so that i can work on other home improvements. With this dealear i never have to worry. The appointment is scheduled and he called to make sure i would be there for the installer to come. more

slacking! 3/3/2013

ADT refused to pay for the service charge to come out and look at the keypad they modified exactly five months ago. Until ADT "upgraded" the keypad I never had a problem with failed communications tests. Their response to me was that I should have initiated a service call sooner. Please remember that ADT was already aware of the problem as they called to report the problem to me every month. more

best fitting! 2/24/2013

The fitting of the alarm was quite a lengthy process (about 5 hours) but the engineers did a marvellous job with all the wires, either hiding them or making sure that they were not unsightly. They also made slight changes to the installation plan to ensure the best protection possible. We opted for sensors upstairs and downstairs as well as a door sensor. This allows you to protect the whole of your home when going out or selected areas at different times. How easy is it to use? Both my children have been able to set and de-activate the alarm since they were 10 & 12 and if they can remember how to then anybody can!! more

I have been with ADT going on 11 years. I had the system installed because of a psycho next door neighbor (they have since moved - thank God) and this system has been my life saver not to mention my peace of mind. Unbiased - I am completely happy with them. Their response time is excellent and their customer service has always been prompt with helping me with billing questions, referrals or upgrades to my current system. more
