ADT refused to pay for the service charge to come out and look at the keypad they modified exactly five months ago. Until ADT "upgraded" the keypad I never had a problem with failed communications tests. Their response to me was that I should have initiated a service call sooner. Please remember that ADT was already aware of the problem as they called to report the problem to me every month. more
