I decided to get ADT a few months ago after increased crime in my community. I called on a Tuesday and the installer was there on Wednesday. I had a few false alarms as I got used to the system, but the staff was always courteous and nice to me, no matter what! more

ADT took care of all the problems 8/15/2011

If I ever had an issue with my security system, ADT took care of it in a timely and not costly manner. So far I have just paid for upgrades throughout the 10 years I have been with ADT and had the system installed by MHB Security. I love the look of the newer keypads with touch screens. Thanks for protecting my family and assets for so many years. more

The installers came on time as scheduled and they were polite and good mannered. Nothing keeps us more protected than ADT home security system. How ADT works is impressive! more
