I think many folks who purchase a system from ADT should first call up Corporate see what the best current deal is directly with them as opposed to just a random licensed distributor. You might even get a better deal with going directly with ADT.They have a lifetime warranty on all equipment, 36 hour service call response time (try getting those other companies to do that) world class service!! more

ADT happy 10/28/2012

I came home from the grocery store about a month ago and saw a cop car outside my house. As I got closer, I heard the siren going off and figured out what probably happened, but I was still surprised because I didn’t really think anyone would try to break in in the middle of the day. The cop checked my ID and then said that no one was in the house now but asked me to see if anything was missing. The thief did get our video game console, but ADT had given us a $500 guarantee if things got stolen while the alarm was working so all in all it was a happy ending. more

We signed up the deal with ADT on March. But until May they couldn’t install their system for us. First the man came to install it, and found the system to be malfunctioning and fixed an appointment after two days. We waited the whole week, but nobody turned up. more

worth it! 10/13/2012

I'm proud to own one of the first ADT-200A. I could test the transceiver in the last days and it's really revolutionary.Some options don't work at the moment, but the main thing, the receiver works really great. This are not very technical statements, but all technical datas are on the webpage of HB9CBU. It needs some further development in userinterface but this concept is really worth to have a look on it. more

Our experience was nothing less than the best. Our salesman and took plenty of time to learn our lifestyle and home security needs. He made recommendations that made sense and did not try to up sell me on extra bells and whistles. He did inform me of other features I could get, but did not pressure me to sign up for more than I originally set out to do. more

affordable installation 10/3/2012

My installation only cost £299 which includes the Metropolitan Police Registration fee. The system was installed in about 5 hours with the minimum mess. I opted also for a combined smoke/C02 detector that alerts the alarm receiving centre if I have a fire/gas leak. more

I will definitly use again 12/19/2010

This was my first time taking a a taxi to SFO from San Mateo. It was the holidays and I had a 7 am flight. I needed a pick up at 5:15am. The cab was there at 5:10 and I arrived at the airport early. I will definitly use again. more

The guy who came here and fixed our toilet was very good at doing his job. He brought all the possible equipment needed and even if what he did was somewhat messy, he was still doing it with a smile. Thank you! more

My sink kept on acting up so I asked for a plumber. Even if it was the day before Thanksgiving, they still came to our home and fixed our sink. I was impressed on the kind of service they give. Totally good! more

I called up this company and they sent a plumber in 30 mins. I was totally in shock that the doorbell rang and the plumber has arrived. Thumbs up to this company! more
