We recently needed work on our ac unit, so we called and gave aaa a try. The technician was nice and seemed to care about making sure we understood all our options, so we went with an option that fit our financial situation and all is fine, but the dispatchers and scheduling department didn't seem very knowledgeable of their job and we had some issues getting the job done within the time frame that they promised. Once the manager of the ac dept., Mr. Piele knew of this, he went out of his way to make sure that we were happy, so we appreciated that. Out of all the managers and even the owners at aaa that we have delt with in the past, Mr. Piele was by far the best. more

We were notified when they were coming, they showed up exactly on time, the installation took less time than expected and then you followed up with a call. Outstanding in every way . Thank you. more

We used this company several years ago. The plumber was not outstanding. Ever since then I have repeatedly tried to get off of their junk mailing list but they just cannot comply to my simple request. I even advised them that I would be posting negative reviews on the web but still the junk mail keeps coming. At one point, we were getting three, 4-color, glossy postcards in one week. I have to believe the customer is paying for the cost of their advertising. We will never used AAA again because of this annoyance alone. What a waste of my time and resources in general. Shame on them. more

Unless you want to be ripped off, avoid AAA Plumbing. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. I had them come over to install a pressure relief valve. Well, first they charged me $50 just to show up. They look at it for 5 mintues and then go sit in their truck while I wait for a quote. They come back with a list of crap that had nothing to do with my problem. They wanted to charge me over $2,000 for the PRV installation and they also had a list of other stuff like hot water heater expansion tank they wanted to do. I told them no I just wanted the PRV installed, and then I had to listen to a lecture of what could happen if I don't do these other things and how I was making a mistake. \r \r To make a long story short, they ended up charging me over $900 for the PRV. I later found out that I could have had this done for around $200. Live and learn. The troubling part about this is they are out to rip everyone off. A couple of people I work with called AAA for quotes. They wanted to charge one guy $800 for a new hot water heater installtion and he called someone else who did it for less than half that amount. Another co-worker called for a leak and they wanted to charge him $500 for the fix and luckily he called someone else who did a very thorough job for $150. Of course, they were stuck paying their stupid little fee to just show up, but at least they weren't ripped off in the hundreds like I and everyone else who has used AAA has been. I can't stress enough how you should stay away from these clowns. At the bare minimum, make sure you try comparing someone else to them first. Cons: Wayyyyy overpriced more

After seeing the numerous flyers for this company and included was a coupon for an AC tune up ($79.00), I called and made an appointment. The soonest they could service our AC was two weeks after my call. I was promised a 10:00 - 12:00 a.m. time frame on a Friday. They called that morning to cancel as there was an ""emergency"" and all of the technicians were busy. The receptionist/scheduler rescheduled for the following Monday, 10:00-12:00. I got a call at 11:30 to say that they were coming from noon to 1:00. Nope - I waited. We got a call at 2:30 to say they were coming in a half an hour. Nope. At 4:15, I decided to read the reviews on the company and immediately called to cancel. When I called, I was assured that the tech was ""on his way"". I still canceled. This waiting was a frustrating waste of a day. I do feel sorry for the receptionist as she has to deal with angry people when their appointment times keep changing, and changing.... and changing. The ads made the company appear to be very professional. Obviously, they are not. Pros: Friendly receptionist Cons: Don't come at scheduled and rescheduled times. more

That very well may have been the BEST plumbing experience I have ever had. I would most definitely recommend AAA to anyone and already have a couple of times! Tom, our Service Tech, was the most friendly, informative, professional and courteous Service Tech I have ever encountered! I would give that guy a raise! The price was fair and reasonable. more
