whether or not we want to admit it, summer has ended, winter is right around the corner :( it was time to shut down the pool fun and close up the pool now. I hate closing the pool...

Loathe customer service departments that beat around the bush. AAA Liner's is different than most. They explained that being family owned is part of their philosophy to treat each customer they have like family, and they sure do! Worked with me to get what I wanted for a price I was comfortable with. Always involved me in decision making which is greatly appreciated. more

Had to get my pool closed by AAA Liner this season.We have had a lot of medical issues this past year and did not have the strength or man power to get the pool closed as we normally have done.Having AAA open our pool this year and have already gotten on their books to get everything done as soon as winter lets up.They are always courteous on the phone and in person.I would not do the pool openings or closings myself again when they have the prices they do not to accidently hurt myself like I did two or three years ago when I pulled my back out.Well worth the money. more

Have Not Owned A Pool In About 10 Years.Recently Moved And Purchased A Home W/ A Pool This Summer.Owners Previous Have Not Taken Care Of It.Did Not Open Because They Were Selling To Us, But Then Because They Did Not Open This Screwed Us Because It Was Not The Opportune Time To Open The Pool.Should Have Been Opened Earlier In Swimming Season Granted The Crap Weather This Summer.Either Way It Seems The Pool Needed A New Liner Before We Could Hop In Due To An Algeae Problem That Was Growing Underneath.They Offered A Treatment But I Decided To Start New And Fresh With A New Liner.Some CastleRock Pattern Was Recommended And I Decided To Go With Their Recommendation.Looks Great.My Kids Are Able to Swim While We Work On Unpacking The Rest Of The Boxes. more

I have been told from some neighbors about AAA Liner when our pool started leaking in the beginning of May. I kept filling up the water, but I know I was getting no where far. Not having much experience with pools because this is the first home I have ever owned...my parents took care of our pool when I lived there. \r \r AAA Liner had a few troubleshooting ideas of what the problem may be....we decided on a new liner after hearing what they had to say and now we are swimming happily in the pool!!! Charged a price that I thought was way worth it instead of spending all of our dough on water over and over again. more

I needed a pool liner because the one I had installed myself was a disaster. I did not think that I could mess up installing my own liner, but I did. I was out all the money for the liner and all of the water. I am lucky I did not ruin my pool for the crap job I did. AAA was the third installer company I called. They gave me a deal that had great offers included and there were no problems whatsoever. Lots of things were included that other companies could not include to win my business. more

Finished up last season thinking we may need a new liner because ours has taken a beating the past three years with the winter weather. The top part of where the liner is held in drooped in a bit and AAA came out with no problem and Replaced my liner. I would not have done it any other way because I would have broken something with my luck lol more

Above the bar when it comes to customer service and satisfaction level of the customer. They want you to be happy and satisfied with the job they do. My pool was too wet to install my new liner so they had to come back, but they came back the day after my pool was dry. I thought I was going to have to wait a long time but to my surprise they did it right away. With all of the rain we have been having in Chicago lately this year it hasn't been the best swimming summer ever, but hopes are high that the weather will get its act together soon! more

AAA Liners has serviced my pool and some of my other neighbors pools. Always hear positive remarks about them. I have never been disappointed with how they do anything. neighbors love them as well. we rotate who is watching all of the kids in the pool each day so we can each get our housework done throughout the week and run our errands. I would not use anyone else even if you paid me. more

you get what you get when you actually want a good product u gotta spend more money. however, aaa liner was affordable compared to others and their product used was top notch material. family owned with much experience also helps make me feel at ease because I know they will stand behind their work. they did a great job installing my new pool liner! more
