whether or not we want to admit it, summer has ended, winter is right around the corner :( it was time to shut down the pool fun and close up the pool now. I hate closing the pool...

Relaxing To Know They Were Not Concerned With Me Paying Ahead For My Pool Liner Installation Unitl They Were Done. I Was Waiting On My Tax Return Money And They Were So Understanding. They Did Not Charge My Credit Card For The Down Payment On The Schedule Spot Either. more

horrible experience with two other pool companies. one took my money and never returned to finish the job. so here I am with my pool out of sorts and I need another new liner because the installer screwed it up. \r so I called and spoke with denise at aaa liners who was more than helpful. she explained what I needed to do to prepare for the workers to come fix it asap. \r now I have my pool back and hopefully the weather heats up this weekend so me and the kids can swim. more

Triple A Liner put my pool liner in a couple weeks after the summer started. They did a good job and I am happy there is no more headache to deal with when it comes down to my pool other than keep it clean. more

PAID THEM AFTER JOB WAS DONE AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB, THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND ARE NOT LOOKING TO SCREW YOU OVER LIKE SOME OTHER PLACES I KNOW ABOUT THAT SELL U POOL LINERS THAT U WOULD NORMALLY THINK HAVE A BETTER BUSINESS MODEL. I recommend them 7/15/2014

I have a 25 foot round pool. Standard size like a majority of people have. They coerced me into buying their pool liner and returning mine to the store I had originally purchased a liner from. They made it simple and easy to get me booked and gave me an estimated time to expect their people to show up to do the job. They were on time and they got he job done without hassling me in any way. Then they came back after I followed some instructions from them about filling the pool and they finished everything else 2 days later. We have been swimming ever since on nice sunny days. more

CALL THEM IF YOU HAVE A POOL PROBLEM! Seriously!!!\r They helped me in a tight squeeze of needing a patch on my pool liner before my sons college graduation party we had this past weekend. I was freaking out. having a big party is stressful enough already then adding this on top of it was a smack in the face. \r they fit me in and fixed the pool liner right away. It was way worth the price instead of me trying to do it myself and messing it up worse. more

Worst timing for my pool liner to need to be replaced. I needed one for my daughters 8th grade graduation party ASAP. I know it would be hard to find someone who wanted to help me when it is right smack dab in the middle of summer on such short notice, but AAALiner said they could help me. They did not over charge they did not fret they just got the job done and had my pool ready literally the day before the party. I was so happy and excited, not to mention the party had a 78 degree day perfect for swimming and celebrating. AAA Gave me another reason to celebrate. Party went well and we all were happy! more

Had some sort of rodent animal digging through the bottom/sides of my pool. I called up this company and they offered to give me a new liner for less than a competitor charged and they were able to do it only a day later. I don't use my pool that much so it was not a big deal. They gave me an offer for a free winter cover for closing with them this coming fall so I am definitely going to go for that. more

hubby called great escape and we had no luck getting ahold of someone for a couple of days he got tired of me yelling at him so he took a different approach to getting the job done.....HE TRIED IT HIMSELF. UGH what a nightmare. He made the situation worse, cost us tons of money. he is still in the doghouse for it. but I took the reigns and called around and chose aaa liners. Told them our situation they have seen it before im sure....they took the reigns fromme and made my pool workable and swimable again in no time. more

Small business is the way to go 6/23/2014

So glad I found them. Called back and forth with Great Escape for two weeks!!!! TWO WEEKS!!! and they were terrible at calling back because I only heard from them twice! So frustrating. I found AAA Liners and called them, I got a call back within a day, was given a time for my liner installation and now everything is set and ready to go! They have it together! more

Denise was informative and polite when speaking to her about the process of installing a new pool liner. She worked with me to come to an agreement about the cost. \r Even though I still had great escape who cost less they did not call me bak for days and I had no time to waste. happy with my plan to go with aaa liners more

I was given a choice between a couple different normal liners I have seen all before. Dave the pool man gave me a choice of his ""famous"" Glimmerglass liner special edition. I decided to take a leap of faith and try it out. My pool literally glimmers and it is not just because of the waster and the sun. The liner has brought a whole different attitude to my back yard and I could not be happier that I went with my gut and tried something new more

I went searching for a fair price and I eventually ended up talking to AAA liner replacements customer service team. their motto is to do the job and then the customer pays afterwards. what a great idea to make sure the job gets done right the first time. they are on the line rather than the customer being worried if they do something wrong and it being at my expense. great business motto. more

There are very few and true ""family owned"" businesses. Many claim to be, but do not show the background of a hard working years of a family business. The expectations of the owner to the employees is notable in their work. there is no gaps of communication, no ifs ands or buts if the job is not done to par they make sure it is done right the first time. quality service guaranteed or you know there will be something done about any problem that may be encountered. old fashioned work ethic. more

I previously purchased my pool liner and other supplies and had a family friend install our pool liner, however, he was starting to mess up quite a bit and we had nothing but issues. Instead of losing a relationship dear to us, we called around and ended up with AAA as our pool guy. They helped us see what the original problems and mishaps were and fixed them without extreme costs and detriment to our pool like I expected. Wonderful on my end, I had nothing to complain about. more
