I have had a lot of problems with the furnace AAA Heating & Cooling put in. They put a new, top-of-the-line, high efficiency, $5,000 furnace into my home. The problem is with the furnace, not with them. It is a faulty furnace. They came out today for the second time to look at it. I was without heat for 4 or 5 hours, but now I have heat. It is not actually fixed though, because we need a part. They don't have the part, so I have to wait while it is ordered. There is definitely something wrong with the furnace, and AAA Heating & Cooling will fix it. We just have to wait for the part. They have been very nice about it. They have come in and really tried to make it right. It is not their fault; it is the fault of the bad furnace.
