The absolute worst service and high sales pitch I have ever had. I wanted a chimney cleaning not a new chimney built. They tried to sell me a stove and said my chimney was improperly built? I works great and always has...they gave me an estimate of $3500.00- $4500.00 to install a stove. What a Joke! PROS: Not professional ,more concerned with selling products than my cleaning CONS: Workers must get commision for sales because he was trying to sell repairs more

10 minute Chimney Cleaning 1/19/2006

We had our chimney cleaned every year by a guy that retired. My wife called and booked with this company because they could be here in 30 minutes. They did a poor job cleaning and charged us $139.00 for a 10 minute cleaning. I am very upset with them and I called and they want to charge me to come back to check it? I will never recommend them nor will I ever use them again. Buyer beware of this company. PROS: CONS: Didn't do a thourough job of cleaning. I see soot everywhere still more
