Honest and trustworthy is what I have to say about A1 Carpet Care. I called them because I had some terrible stains on my carpet from a party I had the night before. They came to my house within an hour and told me that they would do their best to get the wine stains out, and YES they did remove them. Alfredo and Dalton came out and they were very professional and polite. I was extremely impressed with A1 Carpet Care. They didn't promise something they could not do and when finished my carpets look fantastic. more

They're Not Bird Brains 1/17/2012

I have a large parrot and I love him, but birds are m-e-s-s-y! Not only must I deal with droppings and feathers every day, Walter (the bird) had pecked at the edge of the carpet. There was a very long area of fraying and I was sure I'd have to buy new carpet. A1 showed me what a beautiful effect a stretch repair can have and they cleaned the carpet to perfection. I'm sure I'll be seeing them regularly, as Walter isn't going anywhere. more

No challenge too big! 1/16/2012

I had a couple of issues. I reside on one of the top floors of a high rise building and several companies had already come out, just to say they didn't have the right credentialing or the right equipment. Secondly, my balcony is covered in really badly soiled indoor-outdoor carpet that is pretty old. No problem for A1! They already work for our management company and have cleaned many units in my tower. That balcony sparkles. It's worth putting your trust in A1 Carpet Care. more

Vegas's Best Carpet Care Company 6/29/2011

A1 Carpet Care is a great company. They are friendly, trustworthy, and have never tried to sell me anything I didnt need. They are all certified and know what they are doing. I'll trust A1 Carpet Care with my carpets before I ever even consider calling on anyone else. Good Job Guys!! more

BEST CARPET CLEANERS IN LAS VEGAS 6/9/2011

I have used several carpet cleaning companies and my money is on A1 Carpet Care. Not only are they professional but they know what they are doing. Recently I had a water overflow problem and I called A1. They responded very quicky and cleaned up the mess. When they returned after all was dry they cleaned my carpets and you would never know I had a problem. GREAT JOB GUYS more

Pet damage repair experts. 6/8/2011

I have a young german shepherd that thinks the carpeting in my apartment is there as his chew toy. I received a warning from the property manager regarding the pet damage and gave A1 Carpet Care a call. Their crew arrived at my apartment right on time. They were professional and repaired the carpeting to like-new condition. The property manager is pleased with the repair. I am very relieved and I will definately use them in the future. more

Looks Great!!! 6/8/2011

A1 carpet Care did some cleaning at my house recently and they did a great job. Actually, Troy taught me alot about my carpets and how to maintain them better between cleanings. Troy is a very nice professional man whom i felt very comfortable letting into my home. I am happy with the pricing and the quality of the job...A1 is probably not the cheapest company out there but the cost was well worth the results!!! Thanks again A1 and Troy. more

Very Very Very GOOD!!! 6/8/2011

A1 Carpet cleaned my carpets, tile n grout, and upholstery last weekend. I left for a few days soon after they cleaned. I arrived home today and the whole job looks FANTASTIC. I am super pleased with the quality and professionalism that A1 Carpet Care portrayed from the minute Trudy answered the phone to when the job was complete. I certainly will recommend A1 to all my family and friends. Thanks A1 for a job well done!!! more

Don't Recommend 12/17/2009

The carpet doesn't look new and was charged $40 over the estimated price. Focused on animal urine, but didn't clean our other spots well. Cons: Over charged. Missed a few areas. Not happy with service. more

If you have tried the rest now try the best 4/2/2008

I just wanted my carpets cleaned. I had a Chem Dry Co. come to my home and the said because my carpet was extrememly soiled thier Dry Process could not improve the carpet much. To my dismay I thought a carpet cleaning compant would be the ones to clean carpet. Anyway, I called A1 Carpet Care and this company showed me what a REAL carpet cleaning company could do. They gave me a great understanding of what the costs would be over the phone. When A1 arrived they were great. They gave me a fair price for my heavily spotted and soiled carpet. The results were AMAZING. I will recommend this company to family and friends and suggest you try them too! more

Be wary of add on charges 9/27/2007

The carpet cleaning was fine, but they charged an additional $60 over the quoted price once they got to the house because they said the stairs weren't included in the price. They were rude about the additional charges when quenstioned. The service itself was fine, but I could have done without the attitude and would have gone with a different company had I known the total cost would be as high as it turned out. I'm so glad I called them! 6/28/2007

I used three different companies and none of them could take out the red stains. The carpets looked great for a few days, but the red stains always came back. A1's technician took the time to explain to me why their method would work, and it HAS! No more stains. Don't bother calling any other company in Las Vegas - these folks are the best. Pros: They take the time to explain; they were prompt; the do quality work Cons: I can't think of any. more

I used other companies and kept getting the same results, no shows and bad cleaning. I decided to give it one more shot and I am glad that I did. If you want clean carpets and friendly people call them. Pros: Friendly, On time, and Fair prices Cons: not the only carpet cleaning company in Las Vegas! more

The best carpet cleaning i have ever had!!!! 5/9/2007

I have had many different companies out to clean my carpets and when they leave they look great, but then after they dry they feel gross and dont look clean. But when A1 Carpet Care came out and cleaned my carpets, the technician was very nice and respectful, uniformed, and patient. When he left and the carpets were dry they felt and looked brand new!! Thanks guys for making my carpet brand new!!! Pros: Uniformed Tech, Fair pricing, Licensed, insured and bonded. Cons: NOTHING!~!! more
