Review content:
The carpet cleaning was fine, but they charged an additional $60 over the quoted price once they got to the house because they said the stairs weren't included in the price. They were rude about the additional charges when quenstioned. The service itself was fine, but I could have done without the attitude and would have gone with a different company had I known the total cost would be as high as it turned out.
Pros: Carpet was clean
