This tip is in regards to Ms. Ashley C. complaint about the dispatch.\r We at A-1 Brentwood Franklin Taxi take our work very seriously and after investigation, we found out that the dispatch who took your call was not following our Company policies and procedures.\r Our policy and procedure guidelines clearly states that usually we should get to a call with in 15 to 20 minutes with in Williamson County and for any reason if the distance is far then we let the Customer know up front, so that the customer is not waiting longer than expected.\r As far as dispatch whom you spoke to and who was not following our Company policies and procedures is no longer with our Company.\r Thank you so much Ms. Ashley.C for your feedback to get to the bottom of the situation to resolve it. Was in Brentwood and had called many other taxi companies that had ridiculous charges for airport runs. I am so glad I called up this company. They had reasonable rates, very friendly drivers, and got me to the airport on time. Definitely recommend!! more

I have used this Taxi service a few times. The first couple times of pick up was great, The drivers were always sweet and talkative. Then Im not sure what happened but a few days ago I called for a Taxi I was told 45 mins I waited outside in the heat for 1 1/2 hrs and no Taxi showed up.(The person I reserved the Taxi with was a Female)! I called made a complaint with a male who answered the phone and he was nice - SAID HE WAS SORRY-....I forgave the incident and a couple days after that which was yesterday I called for a Taxi the same Lady answered the phone - I said"" I need a Taxi at ****** Brentwood how long will it be""? She said ""25mins"" I said "" I wont be left standing outside in the heat for hours like last time right? She said time depends on traffic I said Sure. She then says can u hold I said YES - when she clicks back over to me I said well I will see them in 25 mins - she mumbles something and hangs up....I go wait in the heat once again for 1 hour...By this time I am pissed-I call her back and said I have been waiting an hour in the sun just like the other day and NO ONE IS HERE --- She says I didnt reserve it that I hung up on her.........Point of story is this is a good Taxi service as far as the drivers- BUT THE LADY IN THE OFFICE CAN KISS MY A**. SHE HAS CAUSED THEM MY SERVICE AND NOW MANY OTHERS TO>>>GET RID OF HER AND GET YOUR CLIENTS BACK!!!!!!!! more

We were in Franklin for 4 days. This was the 3rd Cab company that we came across and it was the BEST. All other cabs either came late or never showed up after making tons of excuses. more

We have reported your unprofessional acts of putting FAKE REMARKS through IP addresses to most of search engines and authorities. They are watching you very carefully about your activities online. It is our advice, not to do these unprofessional things to get youself in trouble with Law for Copyright / Trademark infringement and Defamation. We are a Corporation and have fully operational office with dispatchers and team of drivers, which follow company guidelines.We take pride in our business to provide100% to the Customers within our resources. Our advice again, ""Customers are very smart"" and they know who is legit. Because your business is declining, does not give you a right to put fake remarks about other Companies. Next time there will be no free advice. If you use our Company's Copyright/Trademark names to promote your business by misleading Customer or try to defame our Company's reputation, we will have no choice, but to file a Lawsuit against you and we mean it this time. HE DOESNT PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE. HE NEVER SHOWS UP IF YOU NEED A PICK UP HE FEELS IS NOT WORTH IT. I CALLED FOR A PICK UP FROM CAROTHERS TO THE SQUARE. HE SAID HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE. SO I DECIDED TO JUST GO DOWNTOWN NASHVILLE. HE THEN STATED HE WILL HAVE A CAR AVAILABLE IN 15 MINUTES. WOW ITS AMAZING THAT HE HAD A CAR AVAILABLE WHEN I WAS GOING FAR more

Drivers are very well mannered,always helped me with luggage when i am going to the airport.Very reasonable rates.Have to call them ahead of time and make resevations for timely pickup.New cars and vans. Pros: very reliable, safe and economical. more
