Our AC went out yesterday in the middle of the day. I called a few places and they said they couldn't be out for a few days. I called A#1 Air and they said they could be out the same day! We waited for them to come, we originally was told he would be there at midnight, he came at 1:30 am. Which we don't mind because our air conditioner is working now! They kept us updated on the time he would show up and was very friendly! He turned the AC on and it worked! We made him come out for no reason at all. He told us our compressor probably over heated and shut down. Which makes sense since we live in Texas and it is constantly on and running. We told him we have had some issues with our heater and didn't know why it wasn't working. He said he could take a look at it. After a few tests he found that our gas valve stopped working (my husband looked it up a few weeks ago and he thought that was what had happened). We will replace it and luckily we found this out before winter this year! Bryan did an amazing job and went above what he was there for. I suggest them, we had a great experience! All in all our total was $19.95 for the service call and our gas valve will be $400 which is was better than the whole thing being replaced! more

I heard about the super heating inspection deal from a friend. I highly recommend looking into this, great value for the price and you can't go wrong with how professional this company is. Great response time and service all around! more

I checked into getting my heating system tuned up for this season.. Other companies were charging over 100$! I got ready to go this year for under 50$. Great service all around 5 star! more

I've seen a lot of professional tune ups from 50 to 500? A#1 seems to have this service in the bag hands down. $100 tune up and your ready to go for the season! Check them out for sure. more

I expected the best from all the ads and reviews... When the technican showed up he blew me away! Shoe covers, polite, fast and cheap! WOW! $70 bucks for a complete furnace check/filter and tons of info, what a deal. more

It's getting cold outside and you know when your heater isn't working right. A #1 fixed my furnace and cleaned everything inside for under $300. The quality of service was great along with everyone I spoke to. If your looking for a solution fast, call these guys! more

Don't be fooled by the one star - ZERO would be more accurate. Stay away from this company, they will only try to upsell you on any call they make. Not interested in fixing anything, all they want to do is sell you new and sell you maintenance contracts. Almost got scammed, they wanted to replace my existing unit that had stopped working with a brand new $4000 solution!! Problem was fixed with a $90 piece and a $70 service call. Either they don't know how to fix anything or they are too happy to take advantage of you and scam you out of your money. Either way, they don't seem like the solution to any heating or cooling problem - at least not for me, and if you value your money, you would also stay away from them. more

I had everything going perfect for this holiday except one my heater started acting up. Less than 2hrs of my call a technician was out to fix my heater and get me heating. You can't have a thanksgiving in a cold house! Thanks a ton.. Amy more
