Beyond the call 9/27/2011

My wife and I called around in July to get some quotes to replace our 2 ac units. We had 3 companies come out to give us estimates. A#1 sent Dewayne Humphries out and he blew us away with his knowledge and PRICE so we went with his bid and glad we did! Thanks A1 more

Great deal 9/26/2011

I called around to 4 different companies and all of them was not as pleasant to talk to on the phone except a#1. The lady on the phone also told me it was free service call with repair, other companies wanted to charge no matter what. Seems like this company wants to help people get cooling again and really care for what they do. Fixed my AC and was cooling for less than $400, highly recommended! more

Excellent Company 9/25/2011

I called A#1 in June to give me an estimate to replace my existing ac in which another company had installed about 5 years ago. I had nothing but trouble with my existing system but not any more thanks to Dewayne who is the salesman that A1 sent to my home. Great job! more

Fast service 9/23/2011

No messing around! I called a1 and same day I had a technician out to fix my old AC. No longer than 2 hrs the technician was at my house and $300 bucks I was cooling again. Thanks for the lightning fast service. more

A#1 is a Keeper! 9/21/2011

I knew I was going to have to replace my Heat/AC units and had several companies bid the job. For A#1, Josh Campbell came out. His professionalism was unmatched by his peers in other companies. Josh didn't rush us or lay out a high-pressure sales pitch - he just simply explained our options and let us decide the best for our home. A#1 is a keeper for sales, repair and maintenance. Far superior to all others I've used in my 18 years in DFW. more

Justin Admire came out to do our bi-yearly system tune-up and discovered a problem with the fan motor in the outdoor unit. He explained the problem to us and ordered the necessary parts. I have been a customer of A1 for several years now and have always been satisfied with their service but am now blown away with their sales dept. This past week had to call them out for a service call and got the news that my coil was leaking so they sent out Dewayne from the sales dept. to give me a price to replace my coil and outside unit and I was blown away at the integrity of this fine young man. He gave me a great estimate and has me set to be installed on Monday. more

Great Company & Great Price 9/17/2011

I called A#1 on Tuesday for a third opinion on what to do with my a/c because the outside unit had gone out. Dewayne came out to take a look at my system and suggested that I replace my complete system do to the age. Dewayne gave me a price that I was able to pay cash for and had it installed on Wed. A #1 Air Conditioning 9/14/2011

Cameron came out for our regular tune-up and the service was great. He actually found a problem that could have been pretty major had he not caught it in time. Thanks to Cameron, I can expect my electric bill to go down and sail through the 100+ degree weather. Thanks, Cameron! more

Les Mcdaniel came to check our air conditioner and he was a trooper! While working on our unit he dealt with a toddler and dogs! He was very professional and friendly and thoroughly explained what was going on with our unit. Our bill was much less then I thought it would be. I was very happy with the service. more

I was pleasantly surprised to open the door and see two women here for my air/heating maintenance! Cindy and Brandi were very knowledgeable and took time to educate me on my system. I learned a LOT! Every question I asked was answered with detail. I definitely want to request they service our unit from now on. more

Best HVAC company I have found 9/6/2011

I had a new Amana 4 ton 18 SEER unit installed nearly 2 years ago. A1 has been here for me anytime I have needed them. They are fast and Reliable. After I had the new unit installed my summer electric bills were nearly cut in half. Peter Oti-Nkrumah came over today for my regular maintenance check-up and was great. With his attention to detail, my unit is sure to last for years to come. I definately recommend A1. more

One hell of a Salesman 9/2/2011

Wonderful company! I have been looking for new a/c's for a couple of months now because mine was rocked by a hail storm in June and was giver A#1's phone number from a friend who told me to give Dewayne Humphries a call and you may not have to pay one cent for your new a/c's. Well Dewayne wrote me up a claim to file with my insurance company and they gave me over $15,000 to spend on my new a/c's and I have to say thank you Dewayne for making it happen and thanks to the owners of A#1 for having such a hard working employee as Dewayne..... more

In all my dealings with A#1 Air, they have been on time, courteous, and leave things as clean, if not cleaner, than they found them. My most recent technician, Les McDaniel, was no exception to this rule. He was just here for routine maintenance, but let me know what upcoming repairs may be needed. more

It was almost 6 when I got home and called A #1, they were super nice and very helpful. The lady on the phone told me that they could get me going tonight! Now that's service, the technician showed up and had me going within a hour. Amazing! more
