After nearly 6 years of coping with poor sound quality, Mountain School in Flagstaff was lucky to have AVDomotics recommended to us. Andy and Charlie White were so easy to work with and their work has made such a difference in the acoustics of our previously echo-laden gym. We plan on adding more panels as soon as we have the funds to do so, and look forward to providing and even better sound for both our school community and the greater Flagstaff community. more

We contacted AV Domotics after being badly let down by our previous supplier who had performed the initial installation of our Crestron and other systems. I told Charlie and Andy that I was looking for a partner who would work with me to identify and discuss value added services as well as performing the basic maintenance of our systems. I have found AV Domotics to be extremely responsive. We had a failure in our lighting system. They very quickly got us back up and running swapping out the old unit for a temporary one and sending the old one in for repair (despite being 4 years old it was still covered by warranty). We had a discussion about possible upgrades to our system. Working with AV Domotics, we identified to possibilities and looked at cost compared to value delivered. As a result, we just upgraded the analog components for our TVs and replaced them with a full digital HDMI resolution. The jump in picture quality is impressive! We also improved access to other services, such as DVD and PC, which are now available from any TV in the house as part of the upgrade. AV Domotics are clearly very good technically. However, unlike some companies, they have a good understanding of cost, budget and client service. They are not trying to sell you stuff you don't need but are conscious of giving the best solution. more

I find AVDomotics to be very responsive. It was a complicated system that they installed. It was unique and over and above what they had done before, and we had a large house. They put in a control system and energy system which incorporated solar energy. I thought AVDomotics responded very well. Andy and Charley provided great customer service by making things simple and following through on promised items and timelines. The work done was on a commercial project for the Central Yavapai Fire District's new training academy in Prescott Valley, AZ. They designed and built two audio/visual systems for two seperate classrooms and then designed and built a large venue presentation system for a multipurpose training room. All three systems are linked together, giving us lots of capabilities for standard and complex fire department training classes. The operating system is very intuitive for easy use by the instructors. more

AVDomotics has been a model vendor to work with. We built a brand new home from the ground up, and no other contractor on our job gave us the kind of service that AVDomotics provided. They did an entire automated home system for us. These systems are quite complex and there is a lot that needs to be tweaked after the system is installed. AVDomotics has come back several times to adjust and work on the system for us. They even came out the day before Christmas when we had a problem. When I have a question or concern, I just pick up the phone and they help me solve it over the phone or they come out and fix it. Now that we are more familiar with the system and have been using it for a while, we do not have to call them as often for support. However, when we do call them, they always respond quickly. For example, last week, I could not get our automated entertainment center to work and it was 7 p.m. I called Charlie White and he drove all the way across town to get it working for me. AVDomotics has been a remarkable company to work with and, in my view, they have gone the extra mile. Working with a company like this is evolutionary because of the complexity of these automated systems. I just had my home theater up dated by AvDomotics. Charlie and Andy installed a new projector,1:2.35 stewart screen and a DVDO processor. The instillation was performed in a timely fassion and very professionally. These people are very knowledgeable, skilled and are pleasant to do business with. I am very happy with our home automation system and theater, and very, very happy that we had Charlie and Andy to guide us and to install it. I wish I had had more time and inclination, given the constraints on my time in building a whole house, to learn and understand in detail what I should have asked for and to understand how it all would go together.
