I am very happy with our home automation system and theater, and very, very happy that we had Charlie and Andy to guide us and to install it. I wish I had had more time and inclination, given the constraints on my time in building a whole house, to learn and understand in detail what I should have asked for and to understand how it all would go together. The only rough spots were due to my lack of understanding or lack of time and courage to stop and make sure I understood the system as a whole and how its parts would fit together.
