AVDomotics has been a model vendor to work with. We built a brand new home from the ground up, and no other contractor on our job gave us the kind of service that AVDomotics provided.
They did an entire automated home system for us. These systems are quite complex and there is a lot that needs to be tweaked after the system is installed. AVDomotics has come back several times to adjust and work on the system for us. They even came out the day before Christmas when we had a problem.
When I have a question or concern, I just pick up the phone and they help me solve it over the phone or they come out and fix it.
Now that we are more familiar with the system and have been using it for a while, we do not have to call them as often for support. However, when we do call them, they always respond quickly. For example, last week, I could not get our automated entertainment center to work and it was 7 p.m. I called Charlie White and he drove all the way across town to get it working for me.
AVDomotics has been a remarkable company to work with and, in my view, they have gone the extra mile. Working with a company like this is evolutionary because of the complexity of these automated systems. You want a company like AVDomotics that has a strong and lasting connection with its customers.
