Review content:
A and S Carpet installed carpeting for me and did a good job. I decided to use their service because they have their own people doing the installation...they do not use subcontractors. Also, they have been in business a long time and are experienced.
I appreciated that they were not pushy when I was in the store. They were very patient, helped me with what I wanted, and did not pressure me to buy certain things. They were on time when they came to measure and they arrived promptly for the installation as well.
When I had a question afterward, they were prompt in responding to me and answered my question right away. I liked that the person who called me back to answer my question was the same person who had done the measurements. He was knowledgeable about the job that was done.
