A Royal Treatment

Had the most amazing facial (1 1/2 hours long). My treatment was tailored specifically for my skin, and included LED. I never would have thought a facial could give me such great results. My pores are smaller and the slight crow's feet around my eyes are gone...actually gone. I will definitely return to this beautiful place. I had my eyebrows done here several years ago, and they still look beautiful. All my questions were answered, the price was fair, and I have enjoyed having permanent makeup more than I would have imagined. Now that I am in my sixties, I am also thinking about eyeliner, as my vision is declining. I will return to the Royal Treatment, and I have referred several of my girlfriends. more

I really appreciate the great service I have always received at this spa. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is very professional. I live in Manlius, so it is also really convenient. I would recommend this spa to anyone. Pros: Very nice people, good prices. Cons: Pretty busy on Saturdays, I prefer early in the week, it's seems more relaxing. more

This company is completely unethical and if for any reason you are unsatisfied thy will charge a credit card weither or not the appointment is for you. I would tell everybody I know not to go to the royal treatment because unfortunately that is not what I got!!! BEWARE!!! I too, had self tanner applied at this day spa for my brother's wedding. As instructed, I went 2x, and tried not get it wet for several hours. Very good results , staff seems very friendly. Would definetely go back. more

After reading the reviews on citysearch I was sure I would have a positive experience at this spa, however my trip was anything but pleasant. For my tastes the staff was not professional enough, one man and two women who worked there were chatting and flirting together within earshot and sight of the waiting area. I was put in a room for my self tanning, I had exfoliation and the tanning product rubbed in. Between treatments I was left in the room alone, which was fine, but some increments were supposed to take five minutes in between, but the lady came in too early for things to dry. After the exfoliation she rinsed my legs and arms, in the process leaving the plastic sheet I was on soaking wet, and thus my underwear soaked. It was cold! She rushed through, exlpaining she was in the business for 20 years, thus she knew how to do it fast. After it was finished it appeared fine and I was happy with it. But they forgot I had another thing to be done, so after looking for someone to help me, I was put right back in the same room I had just cme from! The eyebrow wax was fine, but again other clients were being treated between my treatments and I felt like I was coming last. Once in the sunlight I noticed how uneven the tanning was, little by little I found more and more things wrong. I was told it would come out even if I paid extra for the exfoliation, but no. She also did not tell me I couldget nohing wet, not even my hands, for 3 hours. After washing my hands 2 hours later it all came off, and also when I went for a pedicure several hours later my legs were left with no tanner on. I called after I noticed and they were closed, left a message for them to call and they never did. Called again, no answer. Finally got a call back but the woman who did my tanner was with a client. Left a message, never called. Called today and she took no responsibility, blamed me, and refused my refund, then hung up on me. Worst customer service and no royal treatment! more

Definately the best massage I have ever received. Room was very quiet, private. Therapist seemed to know exactly were I hurt. more

The services are superb. My facial was precisely focused on my skin needs. The permanent makeup is the best quality in upstate New York. I come from California to get the photo facials. The atmosphere is relaxing and luxurious. No place else serves fresh baked cookies every day. more

recieved a gift certificate from my husband as a birthday present last year for a whole days worth of services, had never really done anything like this before so I was a little thrown off, but hated to waste it. boy am I glad I didn't! went in, and was a bit surprised at first, not what i expected from a spa, it was so cozy, not an office type place. all of my services were beyond relaxing, and the staff was all very professional and friendly. i asked my husband for the same thing the this year! more

My husband and I spent part of our day last saturday at a wonderful day spa in fayetteville. Great massage, facial, very comfortable. Very impressed with facialist knowledge of esthetics.Have been to larger, more luxurious destination spas, but we prefer the smaller, more intimate day spas, the services are usually better, and the price was about 1/2 what we paid for our last spa visit. more

totally disagree with michrem-my husband and i went for a couples massage and had a wonderful experience.best massage i ever had.paid about 1/2 what we did for our last couples massage, and the staff was very professional.the lounge is beautiful,and we got a glass of champagne , too. more
