Quick response, excellent service, knowledgeable service technician 3/11/2012

I had a broken garage door and electronic rolling gate, and I spoke with Deric Davison, who was very thorough and organized, and scheduled me to have a technician come out that same day. The service technician, whose name is Jesus, was able to repair both units the same day, very quickly. He was knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, and helpful. more

I first used A Quality Garage Door repair when I had an emergency issue with my garage door opener 3 years ago. Derek's professionalism, attitude and quality of workmanship impressed me - and I am not easily impressed. After doing a great job of fixing the problem, he left the company sticker by my garage door opener button in the garage. So when I ran into a problem with the unit's circuit board, it was a no-brainer to call them for the repair. And again, I was impressed with both the repair and the attention paid by the person who took the phone call. Derek came back out, installed the new opener, replaced the very old, worn springs and serviced the unit with the very same professionalism and quality I have come to expect from this company. Kudos to Derek for his diligence and ability to not only provide the service, but care about customer satisfaction - he even programmed both cars to operate the new unit. If only I could find this type of excellent service in other companies..... more

Outstanding service 2/1/2012

The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure all parts of the garage were working well, even though the original issue was a broken spring. He fixed the shuttle, adjusted the rails... on final tests, the wiring on the garage opener button broke and he fixed that too! You could tell he took great pride in providing good service and doing the job right. Awesome! Give this guy a raise! more

A Quality Garage Door Repair came right away and looked at the problem. They fixed it in almost no time. They were very diligent and very skilled and knowledgeable about the issue. When they were finished they made it very clear what they had done and why. Everything was good. The professionalism and explanation they gave me was great. called on a Sunday. person answering the phone was knowledgeable to know I did not need emergency service-saved $200. got repair done next day. service technician knew his craft by sight and hearing. fast, inexpensive and skilled. more

Response to a need for emergency service was prompt. The technician explained very clearly the mechanicis of the door and opener, what was needed, and what he would do. He did not try to sell any service or materials that were unneeded at this time. He was polite, personable, very knowledgable and efficient. more

The staff at A Quality Garage Door Repair were all very pleasant to deal with. From my initial call for service to the return call for booking an appointment to the actual service call, everyone was detailed about the information they gave and was very accurate with the multiple contact names and phone numbers I gave them for their new client file. The service person was prompt, thorough, with his work, carefully explained the problem to me and outlined the required repairs and associated costs. When he was finished he showed me the work and tested it for successful repair. I'll be calling A Quality Garage Door Repair in the future for all basic maintenance or repairs. more

Quick, efficient, professional service. 1/18/2012

Jesus came at the beginning of the assigned time window. He was polite, assessed the issue with my garage door and let me know exactly what needed to be done and the cost. He did not try to upsell me or pressure me into anything other than what was needed. The work was done quickly and his work and his manner absolutely left me with the impression that this is a company who's services I will use again if need be and would highly recommend. more
