I was very pleased with the company A Quality Garage Door Repair. They were able to send someone out right away, because I was really concerned someone might come into my house. Their prices were very reasonable too, compared to the other company I talked to. A Quality Garage Door Repair came out about 2 or 3 times to do repairs on my house. One of the guys came out before and there was something he found that he didn't tell me about until the end of the job, but he wasn't responsible for it. Other than that, I have had a good experience with them. more

The service was great, but I am not Nancy. I'm Tyler, her son. I just paid for the service because nobody else was around. The price seemed reasonable and the guy who worked on our garage was professional. I just don't like getting multiple emails in regards to the service quality. That's my only complaint. My mom does prefer your garage service company over others. Thank you. more

My technician was named Derek and he did a great job all around. He was professional and made a conscious effort to help me understand the inner-workings of the garage system; which made me more comfortable. The job was completed in a timely fashion and there was no residual debris or clean up on my part. I am in the customer experience business myself and I want to give credit where credit is due, thanks Derek. more

Derek is personable and fast, while taking the time to explain the issue and ensure that the work is done right. We would never use any other repair company! more

I thought my entire door was going to need replacing. I found A Quality Garage Door Repair in the Yellow Pages and called them up. The lady on the phone was very nice and let me know what the service charge would cost upfront. We scheduled a time for the technician to come out. He arrived on time and was very professional. I appreciated his complete honesty and how he never tried to sell me anything extra. He told me that he only needed a couple of parts to fix the door I had, no need to replace it. He told me exactly what everything would cost, and it was a very reasonable price, so I told him to go ahead. He fixed it within half an hour. He really knew what he was doing. I was very satisfied with the work he did for me. I have a few of his cards to hand out in the neighborhood if anybody asks. more
