The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough.
He went above and beyond to make sure all parts of the garage were working well, even though the original issue was a broken spring. He fixed the shuttle, adjusted the rails... on final tests, the wiring on the garage opener button broke and he fixed that too!
You could tell he took great pride in providing good service and doing the job right.
Awesome! Give this guy a raise!
