Manetto Hill Animal Hospital is the best on Long Island by far. They answer all my questions about my dog Ranger whenever I come in. Their advice on food to feed my dog and medication to give him is always spot on. more

Good: Beautiful lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Offer the SNAP 3DX test (which many animal hospitals don't). Offer regular coupons to keep costs down.. Bad: Microchips cost over $116!!!! And the Home Again registration fee is NOT included. Extremely overpriced. No other hospital on Long Island or in NYC even comes close to this outrageous price for an unregistered microchip. You can get a dog neutered for around the same price. Ridiculous. Definitely not worth it (just a money maker for the hospital). Go somewhere else for microchipping.. Improvements: Comparable pricing on microchips to other animal hospitals in the area (and include registration fee in the microchip cost).. Other: Unfortunately due to the overpriced cost of microchipping, Manetto Hill Animal Hosptial lost quite a bit of business. Their loss; other animal hospitals' gain.. more

This is an excellent hospital. It is full service. I can be accomodated for medical, surgical, dental services as well as boarding and grooming. They have a very high standard of care. One look at this beautiful hospital and you can see how devoted these professionals are to their trade. The doctors and staff are caring to both animal and owner. My dog pulls me in through the doors when we get there. He also looks great after he stays at the Paw Seasons Hotel and Day Spa. Dr. Weiss has a very impressive facility and staff with the right touch of warmth and compassion. I love the confidence of leaving my best friend there. more

We sent our dog here for boarding sight unseen, but I called/emailed and probably annoyed the entire staff several times before we arrived and they could not have been more kind, helpful, gracious and accommodating. They dealt with all my worries and made me feel 110% in my choice to send my overly spoiled dog there. Everyone knew which one was my dog and how he was doing, including the doctor and that is a great feeling. Also it was a lot less expensive than my previous vet/boarding facility in NYC so that was awesome! I would send my dog back in a flash and plan to in the future. more

I have been taking both my dogs there for about a year now and they are nicest and most honest vet's I have ever dealt with. You don’t have to worry about ridiculous unnecessary tests and high fees. Very Honest and compassionate. more

THis animal hospital is there when you need it. You can go there for checkups and for emergencies. located on manetto hill Road near Fairway. You can come here any day of the week. Great place and friendly people. more
