Good: Beautiful lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Offer the SNAP 3DX test (which many animal hospitals don't). Offer regular coupons to keep costs down.. Bad: Microchips cost over $116!!!! And the Home Again registration fee is NOT included. Extremely overpriced. No other hospital on Long Island or in NYC even comes close to this outrageous price for an unregistered microchip. You can get a dog neutered for around the same price. Ridiculous. Definitely not worth it (just a money maker for the hospital). Go somewhere else for microchipping.. Improvements: Comparable pricing on microchips to other animal hospitals in the area (and include registration fee in the microchip cost).. Other: Unfortunately due to the overpriced cost of microchipping, Manetto Hill Animal Hosptial lost quite a bit of business. Their loss; other animal hospitals' gain..
