We sent our dog here for boarding sight unseen, but I called/emailed and probably annoyed the entire staff several times before we arrived and they could not have been more kind, helpful, gracious and accommodating. They dealt with all my worries and made me feel 110% in my choice to send my overly spoiled dog there. Everyone knew which one was my dog and how he was doing, including the doctor and that is a great feeling. Also it was a lot less expensive than my previous vet/boarding facility in NYC so that was awesome! I would send my dog back in a flash and plan to in the future.
