Bill and his team do great work. Fair prices, honest appraisals (they will even show you the parts they replaced) and even washed my car when they finished. Definitely recommended! more

A/C was Leaking onto Passanger Side Carpet 7/22/2013

HH did the work for a price. It improved but did not fix the issue. I brought it back and they resolved the issue quickly without trying to charge any additional for it. I have had them do other work for me and they do what they say and are straight forward. more

Professional and Honest 7/18/2013

My oil light came one, and they were able to fit me into their schedule. Texted me over the weekend to come in on Monday morning. Quick, pricing fair and consistent. Made the mistake once of using a coupon from a national chain, and I could not get firm quote because my car used synthetic oil. They were evasive about the price. Bottom line, even with the coupon, I ended up paying more than at A Helping Hand, and took 3 hours on an oil change, even though I had an appointment. Never again. more

Service would have recieved a 5-star rating except for communications. Phone calls and email is not returned in an efficient manner. However, I will go back. more

I am always fully satisfied and confident when I get my vehicles back from them as I've never had problems with the work they've done unlike other places. I've been going to them for years now and will continue to do so as well as recommend them to family and friends. more
