My family is a customer of AHHA exclusively for all our auto repairs. Why? Because whenever we have had a need for them, they have been attentive to our needs and have gained our trust by trying to find a balance of the least expensive but most complete solution to our problem. more

I can not speak highly enough about "A Helping Hand" and Billy and James. They are extremely knowledgeable, reasonable, helpful, patient, kind, and every other ajective you can mention. Very good service, but see below 11/10/2013

Thanks for repairing my van, But I think your charge of $22.00 ($44-2 gls) a gallon for anti-freeze is far beyond the cost of $12.99 at Advance Auto. p Plus my engine light came back on. Also I do not like the fact that you all fix /repair and add costs the costs that were not authorized and after the fact and not calling me first on these fixes. I know you all meat well but. It would just take a call. Thank you more

Never Felt Better 11/7/2013

The car servicing business is one I always came to dislike because the prices would be so inflated at dealerships. Also, over the years customer service has diminished but at AHHA I felt cared for and knew that I would not be taken advantage of price wise. I understand that the employees need to be paid for there labor but something as simple as a change of brake pads at a dealership can run nearly 300 and AHHA cut that price down a lot. I will continue to bring my car to them. THANKS GUYS! more

best auto service 10/16/2013

My clutch needed repairing. Those are usually an expensive job to find, so after getting high estimates at every auto shop I heard abouy helping hand. Noy only did they give me a good price fot labor and parts, they looked for every other problem and gave me good prices on them as well. Customer service was excellent, amd they wash your car whrn the job is done. By far the best auto shop I've been to. more

Awesome Service, Cleanest Place Ever 10/13/2013

The guys at A Helping Hand Automotive (Billy and James) are so brilliant. I have a 2002 Sport Trac that now runs like new. They are very reasonable in price compared to Alan Vigil Ford. The service was outstanding. The shop was the cleanest place that I have every seen. Great experience and they have definitely earned my business from here on out. more
