Mark, Jeremy, Keith and Kevin were willing to track down a noise and spent a considerable amount of time, money, and effort to obliterate it. I rarely hear anything, and it has improved my quality of life considerably. I am very grateful. more

I am from Kentucky, and saw A+Derr’s ad on TV ....figuring that they wouldn’t come out with me being so far away, to my surprise they did. I had a complete heating and cooling system installed to replace my twenty five year old unit. The salesman and the installers were top notch, very informative, professional and knew what they were doing, they answered all my questions, I actually learned some things about heating and cooling units, that I never knew. The price I was quoted for my system was less than the other quotes I received from local HVAC companies in my area. I was totally impressed , I didn’t realize that there were businesses still out there, whose mission is customer service and customer satisfaction, not just making a profit. I highly recommend this company, if you are lucky enough to be in their business area. more

This is the second time this year original date was changed. Today the scheduled time was between 12:00 and 1:30pm arrived about 3:30pm. We called the office twice to check on new time, first time answer was calls must be taking longer at previous appointments. Second call they said technician was on the way. Is it correct that you do air conditioner check on fall visit, I did not watch the Spring visit as we had company, I did watch today tech did not check heating strips or amperage pull on heat pump did mostly cleaning. if I understood the Tech today this call was not on his list. On the spring annual visit the tech overtightened the metal screws on the outdoor unit that the next day I could hear the unit making a noise when I went out to look two of the metal screws had backed out of the bracket holding the fan in place I went and bought 5 new larger screws and replaced the old ones that had been overtightened and replaced with larger, I called the office and talked to one of the girls about it and she said she would refer the call to the gentleman in charge of the service techs, heard nothing back. With Deer's schedule today we made arrangements to winterize our camper and take and put it in storage in the afternoon so that's why we were anxious to get the service done in a timely manner. Had complete new air conditioning and heating unit install; installers did a wonderful job and were very efficient, polite and answered any questions we had. Would recommend this company to anyone for service and install. more

I was very impressed with David when he came yesterday to service my A/C and heat pumps. He was very knowledgeable about the system and very professional in his actions. He was most courteous and completed his tasks in a very responsible manner. As his employer, I hope that you value his employment with you. more

My 3 year old a/c unit recently had the coil fail requiring a replacement. Craig U. was the Tech that came to service it. During my "summer" contract inspection, the Tech who inspected it did not catch the low freon charge in the unit. Craig diagnosed it immediately, apologized for the oversight and informed me of the charges for the needed freon, the time it would take for the replacement unit to arrive for the job and how long the install would take. He, also, explained that if the unit started to fail to keep the home cool before the new coil arrived, that I was to call and he would come back immediately and top off the freon charge. He, later, had a cancellation and slid my repair into his schedule. He arrived and did a fantastic job in less time than he had originally told me. He was very professional and cordial and took the time to answer any and all questions. For future maintenance calls, I'm requesting that Craig be the Tech assigned to my HVAC system calls. more

James installed a new gas furnace and air conditioning unit for us. He was very prompt arriving and had a very upbeat and happy attitude. I even heard him singing a bit. He just seemed to truly enjoy his job! He was very polite, always using please and thank you in conversation. He expertly cleaned up his work area in our garage and even went one step further to scrape some old gum off the garage floor. He was delight to have around! 5 stars! more
