Service call and experience on last two service calls 10/17/2018

This is the second time this year original date was changed. Today the scheduled time was between 12:00 and 1:30pm arrived about 3:30pm. We called the office twice to check on new time, first time answer was calls must be taking longer at previous appointments. Second call they said technician was on the way. Is it correct that you do air conditioner check on fall visit, I did not watch the Spring visit as we had company, I did watch today tech did not check heating strips or amperage pull on heat pump did mostly cleaning. if I understood the Tech today this call was not on his list. On the spring annual visit the tech overtightened the metal screws on the outdoor unit that the next day I could hear the unit making a noise when I went out to look two of the metal screws had backed out of the bracket holding the fan in place I went and bought 5 new larger screws and replaced the old ones that had been overtightened and replaced with larger, I called the office and talked to one of the girls about it and she said she would refer the call to the gentleman in charge of the service techs, heard nothing back. With Deer's schedule today we made arrangements to winterize our camper and take and put it in storage in the afternoon so that's why we were anxious to get the service done in a timely manner.
