Services was OK, But almost a month before you could check out the system and didn't even address the problem I had requested service. Very unhappy

Service 3/15/2018

I would highly recommend A+ Derr to anyone. I called at 8:00 am and they were able to be there by 8:35 am. The techs name was Scott. He was a very polite, explained everything that he was doing and what was done. I know that I will be using them again when I need any work done on my furnace or AC. more

What a Team: James Wittgen and Maverick Reed 3/10/2018

James and Maverick installed two heating/cooling systems at our home on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. Their sincerely cordial and helpful work made the whole process not only easy, but pleasant. As I was making soup of Lenten service church, I invited both to sit down for a bite of lunch. Their gracious attitudes reflect well on A + Derr. Actually when we called for an estimate, there was no high pressure sales; however, James mentioned the air purifier system he has on the furnace in his home. When he described what it did for his family and their allergies, I was sold. James deserves a bonus! Thanks again to the A Plus Derr for your work and most of all your Team. Service tech Mark came over immediately to look at our furnace after their shop had closed because our friends at A+ Derr knew about our problem. He was very professional and did a great job explaining our issues and addressed our heating needs the best he could. more
